Our Mechanical Department is well equipped with experienced design engineers and design assistants. Our engineers are well versed with different systems with long experience in the corresponding fields. We are well focused and directed at preparing, adopting and engineering a system which will have a definite optimized effect on total project operation.
We have different specialized dedicated manpower for specific fields providing continuous effort to generate state of art techno-economic solution considering the requirement of the project.



Services We Render:

Roller Table, Coil Car, Cooling Bed, Mill stand:-

  1. Design calculation G.A.D, Machining Drawings, Fabrication/Manufacturing drawings & also optimization of different parts by using Simulation software's.
  2. Motion analysis of total system. So, that any type of Fouling, Obstruction can be checked during engineering stage.
  3. Preparing Technological Specification & its Evaluation etc.

Non-Standard Equipment's/Services:-

  1. Total design of non-standard equipment's / facilities depending upon project requirement for smooth & trouble free operation.

Retractable Platform:-

  1. Retractable platform for mounting of sensing equipment's which needs to be kept offline after measurement .

Movable type By Pass Chute:-

  1. Designing & fabrication of bypass Chute for Bhilai Steel Plant.
  2. Both standard & non-standards equipment design for the smooth running of plants.

Hoppers & Bins:-

  1. Designing & fabrication of ground hoppers, Silos, twin hoppers.
  2. Designing on the basis of International standard & also for the optimization of plates, stiffeners. We use Simulation software's.
  3. FEA analysis for higher capacity hoppers with loading parameters as per Indian/International standard.

Vibration Hopper:-

  1. Vibration Hoppers below bunker for ease extraction of material from bunker.

Pressure Vessel:-

A Pressure Vessel is a container designed to hold gases or liquids at a pressure substantially different from the ambient pressure.

  1. Vessel designing and detailing as per ASME SEC VIII DIV 1, ED 2010 and material selection as per ASME SEC II.
  2. Stress analysis for pressure vessel with loading parameters.
